New Analogix attends "Innovative Zhongguancun 2010 Themed Event – Innovative Products (Technologies) Press Conference" with DisplayPort Product Family

Beijing New Analogix Technology, Inc., an Analogix Semiconductor subsidiary in China, a manufacturer and innovator of high-performance analog and mixed signal devices for the digital media and communications markets, attended "Innovative Zhongguancun 2010 Themed Event – Innovative Products (Technologies) Press Conference" on October 22, 2010, organized by Zhongguancun Science and Technology Park Haidian Park. Analogix showed its newest DisplayPort product family.

"Innovative Zhongguancun 2010 Themed Event – Innovative Products (Technologies) Press Conference" has the main purpose of "increase innovative competitiveness, establishing Core District's brand names". The press event focuses on establishing a culturally creative platform, bringing forth a group of culturally innovative independent brand names, speed up Zhongguancun cultural innovative industries' development, and realizing the optimizing, renewal, sharing, and exchanging of cultural innovative industry's resources.

New Analogix showed its newest DisplayPort product family. The company's core research and development team has actively participated in the drafting and standardizing the DisplayPort standard, and has received patents for related technology. DisplayPort is the next generation display interface that transmits uncompressed audio/video, supports 3-D content display, with higher bandwidth, resolution and refresh rate than similar interface standards. DisplayPort's biggest advantage is that it is a completely free and open industry standard.

New Analogix has launched series of DisplayPort products, including: DisplayPort transmitters ANX9804 (Dual-mode DisplayPort/HDMI transmitter), and ANX9805 (World's first VESA certified DisplayPort transmitter); DisplayPort transmitters/converters ANX9830 (DisplayPort 1.1a to HDMI converter), and ANX9832 (DisplayPort 1.1a to VGA converter); DisplayPort with TCON ANX98XX (Low-power DisplayPort receivers with TCON). Also, new DisplayPort products are in research and development stages.
